Key Responsibilities
Grow and develop your traffic and distribution knowledge in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Processing Shipments in SAP to meet OTTR and business need.
Monitor and respond promptly to all incoming communications to properly manage and control daily shipments and Imports
Prepare documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures
Managing the Imports process, collaborating with our Broker and the CBSA to ensure conformance to all standards and laws.
Collaborating with our carriers to find the best solutions at the most economical price for shipments to and from Cambridge.
Lead implementation of new concepts, standards and processes across functional teams.
YOU MUST HAVE
Post secondary diploma in Supply Chain or International Trade
2-3 years’ previous experience working in an Import / Export role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
Familiarity with CBSA procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Prior experience preparing customs and shipping documents preferred
Knowledge of common distribution concepts
