We have an opportunity for a Sr Customer Mktng Specialist role to join the Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) team within Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT).
In this role, and as a candidate, you are highly collaborative, creating working relationships with internal and external partners across marketing, strategy, offering management, sales and commercial excellence to create marketing strategies for business priorities. The Sr Customer Mktng Specialist will understand the end-to-end customer journey and use paid, earned, shared and owned channels to generate demand and yield return on marketing investments. You’ll understand business priorities and translate them into profitable sales growth and be a partner to the HPS business leadership team and lead Refining/PetChem and Migrations business. This position will be responsible for the global strategic planning, development and implementation of global marketing communications programs, execution of new product innovation launch programs and impactful demand generation campaigns and managing end user and channel communications (internal and external). This role will support the marketing digital transformation with execution of key campaigns and digital marketing activities and will be part of the larger HPS’ Customer Marketing team. You will engage with vertical leader, industry marketing, channel marketing, offering management and creative services, digital marketing, public relations, social media, tradeshows and events, and regional teams to support your campaign and portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, drive and lead execution of Refining/PetChem and Migrations business annual marketing plan and budget
Engage with businesses and offering management to ensure solid value propositions and effective marketing campaigns
Work with various internal and external stakeholders to support the development of
appropriate customer marketing materials to use on Honeywell’s websites, in sales pursuits,
in support of digital, social and lead nurturing campaigns, for presentations and webinars,
for users group conferences, trade shows and customer events, and media outreach programs
Understand sales pipeline and revenue generated from Customer Marketing efforts, along with Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), and be able to evaluate, optimize tactics and report outcomes
Ensure effective new product introduction (NPI) through the development and execution of targeted
(digital first) campaigns to target verticals, channels and influencers
MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or Business
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or communications
WE VALUE
Deep understanding of entire digital marketing mix and tactics with ABM approach and how to align with business
growth targets and marketing automation processes
Strong influence skills to drive performance in cross-functional teams
Expertise in demand generation and ABM tools (like Marketo, Tableau, ON24, rollworks) and tactics to drive full-funnel interest
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
Significant experience in executing customer marketing campaigns in B2B environments (agency experience is a plus)
Master’s degree preferred
