Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Honeywell Building Solutions organization.  You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers and prospects while aligning with critical sales business objectives.  You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers, and utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within the organization
  • Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization
  • Grow market share by knocking on new doors and winning prospects over
  • Speak to varying levels across the organization
  • Challenge a customer’s way of thinking by creating positive tension to develop high value opportunities that solve real business problems.


  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma or HVAC trades certificate or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have Valid Driver’s license.

WE Value:

  • 5 year experience in HVAC building automation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team players willing to work with others to close a deal
  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
  • Experience in the buildings industry GTA selling end user direct
  • Experience with HVAC, BMS, security, fire alarm, energy, or sustainability solutions
  • Experience selling using a consultative approach, solving business problems
  • Comfortable with VP/C-Suite sales
  • Formal sales training (i.e. Challenger, Richardson, Miller-Heiman, etc)
  • Ability to develop and articulate a customer value proposition
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into positives
